Configure Branding

Add a logo and favicon to your knowledge base

Before you start creating content for your knowledge base you will want to set up some basic branding.

You should login to the AutoFlow web app and go to the Knowledge Base Editor and then follow the steps below:

Add a logo and favicon

Upload a logo and favicon to your knowledge base so that it reflects your company branding:

  1. Click on the "Add Logo" button in the knowledge base header

  2. Use the pop-up to upload your logo - we'd recommend uploading a light and dark mode option

  3. Use the pop-up to upload your favicon

  4. Click the "Save" button

  5. Click the "Preview" button in the page header to preview your knowledge base in a new tab

  6. Confirm that your logo and favicon look correct in the preview

  7. Return to the knowledge base editor

  8. Click the "Publish" button to publish your knowledge base

  9. Click the "Live Version" button in the page header to open your live knowledge base

  10. Confirm that your logo and favicon look correct in the live version

You can edit your logo and favicon at any time by repeating the steps above and publishing your knowledge base to make the changes live.
